From the proceeds of its annual contracts with various court systems, Legal Aid provides salaries, benefits, malpractice insurance, professional dues and licenses, office facilities and clerical support to its attorneys, including its Executive Director, investigators, and administrative/clerical support persons. A small portion of its funding comes from grants and individual donations.

We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law.
